Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes. Email us and we will process the change. Cancel takes effect at your next billing date. Tasks in progress finish before the pause kicks in.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Most competitors require a 3-month minimum. We do not. Pause or cancel after one month with no fees.

How fast do tasks turn around?

Standard tasks (under 4 hours of dev work) ship within 24-48 hours after we start. Larger projects are scoped with a delivery date before any work starts.

What if I have more tasks than my plan covers?

Tasks queue. Submit as many as you want; we work on 1 at a time on Minimum and Standard, 2 at a time on Scale. Queued tasks count toward your subscription, no overages.

Can I switch tiers mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; the change takes effect at your next billing date.

What counts as a task?

A scoped change you describe in plain English. If it is bigger than 16 hours of dev work, we scope it as a multi-task project with a written delivery plan first.

Does the plan cover multiple stores?

One store per subscription. If you have multiple stores, you will need a separate subscription for each.

Do you work on custom-coded stores?

Yes. We work on Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, and custom-coded ecommerce stores. The tier you choose depends on your scope, not your stack.
